Agoekodzi Primary School has about 850 students and does not have enough classrooms, and uses apatames that are in poor condition. In addition, the school wants to establish a library in the school.
Our association helped finance the construction of a building with 3 classrooms and a library. The construction work took place between April and July 2017 and the installation of the "Rosmarie" library was completed in autumn 2017. Books are regularly delivered there. The librarian of Kpogadzi, Kodzo Ahianogbe, trained a teacher from the Agoekodzi school, Mr Akayi, in the management of the premises.
The library was named "Rosmarie Library" in honor of Rosmarie Gfeller, founding member and board member of ACATS, who died on June 16, 2017 at the age of 77.
